We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@noctivehome.uk and explain the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return label to print and attach to your parcel, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

We cover return shipping costs for a period of 30 days from the date you receive your order.

There are no restocking fees.

Specific return & refund cases

  • Change of mind: You may return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Defective items: If you receive a defective product, contact our customer support ideally within 48 hours. We will cover return shipping (within 30 days) and offer a replacement or a refund after inspection.
  • Damaged in transit: If the item arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the case and cover return shipping if necessary.
  • Wrong item received: Contact us within 48 hours. We will cover return shipping and ensure you receive the correct item.
  • Item not received: Contact us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Cancellation after ordering: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
